Important Information
To confirm your reservation, we do require payments as follow:
- 50% deposit payment within 24 hours of making the booking. If arrival date is within 30 days full payment is required as the deposit.
- Outstanding amount 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & No-show Policy
Please take note that all cancellations should be addressed in writing.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follow:
• A 10% administration fee will be charge if the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival.
• Should the reservation be cancelled 8 – 30 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation charge will be applicable.
• Should the reservation be cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation charge will be applicable.
• In the event of a no-show, a no-show fee of 100% will be applicable.
• In the event of an early departure, a fee of 100% will be applicable.
