Important Information
Commitment fee & Payment
• Provisional bookings will be held for 30 days and then released if not confirmed. If, however, an enquiry is received for the same dates and the booking is still provisional, a commitment fee will be required within 72 hours to confirm.
• A commitment fee of 20% of the total amount of the booking is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment is due 45 days prior to travel.
• Please note that bank charges are not included in the invoice value and should not be deducted from payment.
• Payment will remain your responsibility until the full amount of the invoice is received by our offices in Zambia.
Cancellation policy
• Cancellation 0-30 days before travel = 100% cancellation charge
• Cancellation 31-60 days before travel = 75% cancellation charge
• Cancellation 61-90 days before travel = 50% cancellation charge
• Cancellation 91+ days before travel = no charge
• Refunds for third-party amounts will only be refundable to the extent that we receive refunds from the third-party provider.
